September's Forgotten

here are some random pictures from September that I didn't feel were enough to be their own posts. I feel like I haven't been taking many pictures lately, but I want to do a monthly photo round up again.

my mom, grandma, and I went to the C.D. "Buzz" Besandy Anadromous Fish Facility in Kewaunee to watch the salmon jump the ladders. it was really cool to see, even if we didn't get to see too many salmon jump because they were tired. it was really hard to get pictures of the fish in the river, but you can see their fins in that middle picture. there were a lot of them!

on our way back to Sturgeon Bay, my mom and I stopped somewhere near Algoma to take some pictures of this field of sunflowers. it was really foggy on Lake Michigan that day.

the sky was so beautiful this day. every time I looked at the clouds, I smiled. the first picture is looking north or east or northeast (I'm really not sure) on the canal. you can see Bay Shipbuilding to the right in the picture. these pictures were taken at the vacant building that used to be an Applebee's and there is a marina there, which is where the yachts are parked next to the bridge.

xoxo.
